This program is designed for businesses with fewer than 50 employees, although the amount of aid varies depending on company size. Three segments have been defined:- Segment I: Companies with 10 to 50 employees.
- Segment II: Small businesses and microenterprises with 3 to 9 employees.
- Segment III: Freelancers, microenterprises, and small businesses with 1 to 2 people.

1. What are the requirements to apply for Kit Digital?
- Not being in a situation of business crisis.
- Being registered in the Census of Business Owners, Professionals, or Withholding Agents.
- Having completed the digital maturity self-assessment.
- Not exceeding the limit of €200,000 in public aid.
2. When can I apply for Kit Digital aid?
- Segment I (10–50 employees): from 15/03/2023 to 31/12/2024.
- Segment II (3–9 employees): from 02/09/2023 to 31/12/2024.
- Segment III (1–2 employees or freelancers): until 31/10/2025.
3. Can I combine multiple services within the program?
Yes, as long as they are included in the official list of digital solutions and the total cost does not exceed the assigned grant amount for your business segment.
4. What happens if my project exceeds the grant amount?
If the project cost is higher than the aid received, you will simply pay the difference. The subsidized part will still be covered by the Kit Digital program.
